Supplementary ticket for travel cards

The supplementary ticket is the right choice if you want to travel beyond the Tübingen city fare zone or your regular fare zone with your monthly travel card, 9am monthly travel card or subscription monthly travel card.

For example, if you have a naldo annual subscription for the Tübingen city fare zone, but want to travel across two additional fare zones to Rottenburg, then you buy a supplementary ticket for these two fare zones. The price is the same as a single ticket for children in the corresponding price category.
 

A supplementary ticket is always only valid for a one-way trip and is automatically validated. If you make use of the additional passenger options of the monthly travel card / 9am monthly travel card or naldo annual subscription / 9am annual subscription, each person must have their own supplementary ticket. The validity period depends on the total number of fare zones of the travel card and the supplementary ticket (2 zones = 3 hours, 3 zones = 4 hours, etc.).

Supplementary tickets are available at our ticket machines or our points of sale. You can also buy them easily, quickly and via cashless payment in the mobile ticket shop of the naldo app. One-time registration is all it takes! The naldo app is available for free for iOS and Android smartphones.
