If you have inserted too much money, you will get back change. If there are not enough coins left, a message will appear on the display beforehand.

There is no ticket machine on the bus or it is not working?

It may happen that you get on a bus where there is no ticket machine or it is not working properly. In this case, please buy a mobile or online ticket (see section Mobile and online tickets).
