Subscription monthly travel card

A subscription monthly travel card is always valid for one calendar month until 12.00 noon on the first working day of the following month.

The ticket is valid within the Tübingen city fare zone (transit map).

A transferable monthly travel card can be used not only by you, but also by other persons, such as your family members or friends. You can also take other persons with you. If you lose the travel card, however, you will not receive a replacement. Also, if you do not have your travel card with you when there is a ticket check, you cannot present it later and will have to pay a penalty fare of € 60.00.

Transferablemonthly travel cards are only issued as chip cards. 

From mid-December 2024, you can also apply for the monthly subscription card online via the naldo customer portal, for which you must first register. The season ticket will be issued digitally as a cell phone ticket or on a chip card.

The delivery times depend on the issuing medium:

Cell phone ticket

Within 48 hours you will receive an e-mail with the cell phone ticket code, alternatively it will also be displayed in the contract overview in the naldo customer portal. By entering your surname and the “WDW code” in the Wohin-Du-willst app. You must first install the Wohin-Du-willst app on your smartphone. For discounted variants, the process may take longer, as the proof must first be checked and approved. Please note that we can only process orders placed at short notice at the weekend or on public holidays on the following working day.

Chip card

You can also order the subscription as a chip card online on the 10th of the previous month via the naldo customer portal. Please note that the chip card has a delivery time of approx. 3-4 weeks and will be sent to you by post. Please take this into account when selecting the month of validity!

Regardless of the issuing medium, a print@home ticket will be available in the naldo customer portal after 12 hours at the latest. As soon as you have printed this out, you can travel within the area of validity.

You can also get your subscription in person at the naldo-Abocenter. Orders on site at the naldo-Abocenter (on the order form) are only possible for the chip card. The order must be received by the 10th of the previous month. We will debit the monthly amount for the card from your account at the beginning of the month.

Transferable subscriptions are only issued on chip cards.

To order the ticket, the completed order form for a subscription monthly travel card must be submitted to the naldo Subscription Centre or you can conveniently order online via the naldo customer portal. Registration is required for this. 

The subscription travel card for adults is valid for 12 months. Thereafter, it can be cancelled on a monthly basis at no extra charge. The subscription will renew automatically if not cancelled by the 15th day of the previous month. You can cancel subscriptions at the naldo Subscription Centre or via the naldo customer portal. If the subscription is cancelled before the end of 12 months, the difference to the price of a regular monthly travel card must be paid for each month lapsed, in addition to a processing fee of € 2.00.

After the end of school, a pupil’s subscription monthly family travel card turns into a travel card that entitles the holder to free public transport within the whole naldo area – from 1.15 pm on school days and movable holidays and even all day on public holidays, on school holidays and at weekends.
 

Up to four children under age six can travel at no extra charge if accompanied by an adult in possession of a valid ticket.
