Subscription monthly travel card

A subscription monthly travel card is always valid for one calendar month until 12.00 noon on the first working day of the following month.

The ticket is valid within the Tübingen city fare zone (transit map).

A transferable monthly travel card can be used not only by you, but also by other persons, such as your family members or friends. You can also take other persons with you. If you lose the travel card, however, you will not receive a replacement. Also, if you do not have your travel card with you when there is a ticket check, you cannot present it later and will have to pay a penalty fare of € 60.00.

You can only buy the subscription monthly travel card at the naldo customer portal. The monthly price for the travel card will be debited from your account at the beginning of each month. The individual monthly sections will be conveniently sent to your home by post three times a year. Please remember to change sections at the end of each month!

To order the ticket, the completed order form for a subscription monthly travel cardmust be submitted to the naldo Subscription Centre.

The subscription travel card for adults is valid for 12 months. Thereafter, it can be cancelled on a monthly basis at no extra charge. The subscription will renew automatically if not cancelled by the 15th day of the previous month. You can cancel subscriptions at the naldo Subscription Centre; there you can also return the remaining card sections. If the subscription is cancelled before the end of 12 months, the difference to the price of a regular monthly travel card must be paid for each month lapsed, in addition to a processing fee of € 2.00.

After the end of school, a pupil’s subscription monthly family travel card turns into a travel card that entitles the holder to free public transport within the whole naldo area – from 1.15 pm on school days and movable holidays and even all day on public holidays, on school holidays and at weekends.
 

Up to four children under age six can travel at no extra charge if accompanied by an adult in possession of a valid ticket.

You can only buy the personalised subscription monthly family card at the naldo Subscription Centre as a personalised subscription with a photo. The monthly price will be debited from your account at the beginning of each month. The individual monthly sections will be conveniently sent to your home by post three times a year. After the minimum subscription period of twelve months, the subscription will not renew automatically, but you will be informed about that in good time.

To order the ticket, the completed order form for a subscription family travel card must be submitted to the naldo Subscription Centre. Photos are needed in addition.

The 9am monthly travel card is valid from 9 am on Mondays to Fridays and all day on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays as well as on 24/12 and 31/12, in each case until close of operations (if applicable, including night transport lines).
